The Divine Chariot, Made to Wear

In the visions of the prophet Ezekiel, the Merkabah — the chariot — is the vehicle of the divine, a structure of light and motion ascending between heaven and earth. In the mystical tradition it became a meditation on form itself: interlocking tetrahedrons, perfect symmetry, the geometry beneath creation.

That same geometry resolves, in two dimensions, into the Magen David — the Shield of David, the Star of David. Two triangles bound as one: above and below, fire and water, the seen and the unseen. It is among the oldest signs of protection and belonging.
