Returns & Exchanges
Every Lamed piece is authenticated and inspected before it ships. All sales are final, with two exceptions: defective or damaged items, and unworn items exchanged for store credit within 7 days.
Defective or damaged items
If your piece arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a return at no cost to you and replace the item, or issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn’t available.
Exchanges — unworn items
Unworn, undamaged items in their original condition — with all original packaging, tags, and any certificates — may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are issued as store credit, which can be applied to any piece and does not expire. We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.
To start an exchange, email [email protected] with your order number within the 7-day window. We’ll confirm eligibility before you ship. Please return items fully insured; we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in uninsured transit.
Final sale
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order pieces
- Engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized items
Store credit
Store credit is issued by email once your exchanged item is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days. It applies to any Lamed piece, never expires, and can be combined with a new purchase.
